This is not an easy job for someone who has not experience of changing the screen. We can not cover any use error.
If you have purchased a glass product from DMarket.Pk, Example Touch Digitzer, LCD Panel Unit,Front Glass, etc. which is covered under DMarket.Pk Limited Warranty, then please make sure not to remove any clear / Screen Guard / Protection warranty film and Do not paste Glue From the product until you have tested and checked the product functionality. This protection film is usually on the front and the back side of the product and looks like a screen guard. This protection warranty film is a warranty label / sticker and contains warranty information for the vendor of the product. Any product with tempered warranty film will not be eligible for DMarket.Pk Limited Warranty.
[How To Test]
1. Connect the product to your phone motherboard without actually completely fitting the product and without
removing any protection film.
2. Test the product functionality. If the product seem to be working fine, then attach the product to the phone and
try to use the product for few hours, again without removing the protection warranty film and don’t paste glue.
3. When you are totally satisfied with the product functionality, you can now remove all the protection warranty filmand use your phone normally (Removing the protective warranty film Or Apply Glue means Acceptance of the item).
If in rare Case, the product is not working properly, then please contact us under 24 hours regarding the replacement procedure.
Warranty is void if:
1. LCD Display or touch is broken by man-made reasons.
2. Glue or stick the screen to the device before test it work.
3. Water-in to the screen.
