  4. Pricing and Payment All prices on our website are in PKR Currency and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment by Online Banking, EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash, Sada Pay & Naya Pay. By placing an order on our website.
  5. Shipping and Delivery We ship to Pakistan. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  6. Product Replacement If there is an issue with the product, you may replace with same product it within 2 days for a replacement. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not refund shipping fees unless the item was defective or damaged.
  7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
  8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of consumer court Pakistan.
  9. Changes to the Agreement We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of our website after any changes to the Agreement indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Warranty Claim SOPs.

At DMarket.Pk, our aim is to provide customers with the best online shopping experience and make returns as easy as possible. To achieve this, we need your support. Mobile parts are expensive and fragile products, and we have adopted our policy from worldwide e-commerce standards and mobile parts factories to create the most user-friendly experience.

We kindly request our customers to keep in mind that for mobile parts warranty claims, we also need to get them approved directly from the Chinese factory. This process involves complying with their terms and conditions, which we are required to follow as well. It saddens us greatly when our customers face losses due to not following the warranty policy or when their warranty claims are not eligible.

It is very important to follow the instructions provided below. Failure to follow them will result in the warranty claim being completely rejected.

DMarket Warranty SOP

To request a replacement, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form with accurate details. A claim number will be generated, and an email will be sent to you.
Then, our after-sales team will contact you via WhatsApp to verify if your claim is eligible based on our warranty policy. If you have followed the warranty policy, the after-sales team will guide you through the replacement process and provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. The replacement may take up to 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.

Please note that except for the LCD Display Panel and Battery, there is no factory warranty or guarantee for any other mobile parts. These parts are brand new and 100% tested. All parts other than the mobile display and battery will be replaced only if the wrong product has been sent by the dispatch department.

Additionally, items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Note: We would like to clarify that we cannot take any responsibility for orders placed by the customer that turn out to be incorrect. In the event that a vendor agrees to accept a return of such an order, the company will deduct 25% of the net product amount as a handling fee. Please note that this deduction is subject to our terms and conditions. It is important for customers to carefully review their orders before placing them to ensure that all details are correct and accurate. Our customer service team is always available to assist with any queries or concerns.

Out-of-Stock / Payment Refund SOPs.

At DMarket.Pk, we are dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. We make every effort to ensure product availability, maintain quality standards, and offer competitive pricing. However, given the high volume of daily transactions, there may be occasions when we encounter challenges in managing our inventory as originally planned. While we diligently work to keep our product inventory up-to-date with our suppliers, there may be instances when certain products are temporarily out of stock at the time of your order placement.

If you find that the product you have ordered is unavailable, this can occur for various reasons, including:

  1. The product was already out of stock when you placed your order. and inventory not update in live website.
  2. While all products were initially in stock when your order was confirmed, one or more items went out of stock after your payment was processed.
  3. The product, though in stock, did not meet our quality standards during the shipment process.

In the event of an “Out-of-Stock” cancellation, we offer two options to address the situation:

Option 1: We will promptly ship all available in-stock products and dispatch the out-of-stock items to you as soon as they become available. Rest assured, there will be no additional shipping charges for this service.

Option 2: Alternatively, we will refund the payment you have made for the confirmed order through EasyPaisa, SadaPay or Online Banking.

Please note that after the order is canceled, it may take 3-4 working days for the payment to be refunded. Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation.

We understand that such instances can be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may experience. Your understanding is highly appreciated, and we remain committed to fulfilling your orders to the best of our ability.
