Shipping Details

Once your order is confirmed, our team processes it within 6-8 working hours. We strive to ship your parcel on the same day, ensuring it reaches you as quickly as possible. This efficient shipping process reflects our commitment to providing a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience.

For orders under PKR 5000, delivery charges must be paid in advance. For orders above PKR 5000. Alternatively, the advance amount will be auto-generated and displayed during checkout. Please note that payment of this advance amount is mandatory to confirm your order.

Dispatch Video for Your Peace of Mind

We want you to feel confident about your order! That’s why, on customer request, we provide a dispatch video for any product, especially for expensive items like used mobiles and tablets. This helps build trust and keeps you satisfied. We don’t send videos for every order automatically because we dispatch multiple parcels daily, and recording each one would be super time-consuming. We hope you understand, and we’re always here to assist if you need a video for your order!

1: Check the Parcel: Upon receiving your parcel, inspect it carefully to ensure the seal is intact and there are no signs of damage or tampering.
2: Refuse Damaged Parcels: If the parcel appears tampered with or the flyer is damaged, refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
3: Record Unboxing Video: Always record a single, uninterrupted video while opening the parcel and testing the product. If there’s any issue due to courier mishandling, we’ll need this proof to escalate the matter with the courier company.
