All DMarket.Pk packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. In order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience please take the following steps:

Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items for you within few days.

Make a video of the package while opening the plastic flyer and unboxing the product. This step would help you compare the product in the parcel with the packing video which we have sent you.

If you find that the product in the box is tampered with or missing when you open the package, please contact our Customer Care at +92 345 3106009 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please track your order details directly through our delivery partners’ websites using your tracking number and the website address which is sent as Email / SMS.

General Information

  • We ship all over Pakistan through our courier partners Leopard Courier Service, We only use express delivery and packages typically arrive in 2-5 days
  • Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the mobile number, the shipping address is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
  • Orders that include items whose availability implies a longer delivery time. In that case, they will be delivered according to the greater delivery time that appears in the order.
  • Once confirmed, the orders will be prepared for shipping depending on stock availability, the order of entry, and payment confirmation. In order to avoid the order shipping being delayed, it is advisable to make it in advance so that we can verify the payment before the established cut-off time for the placement of orders. Those orders whose payment cannot be verified before that time will be processed and shipped the next working day.
  • In case of transport damage, it is very important that you contact us immediately at the following Call/WhatsApp us at 0345-3106009. It is preferable not to exceed the first 24 hours after receipt of the order. You must attach photos/video (e.g. a flyer-box, etc.) and provide information on the condition of the goods.

Once an order is shipped, Haute Stop is not responsible for any delays in deliveries associated with unfavorable weather conditions, unscheduled public holidays, or other incidents beyond internal control. In such instances, please contact the courier company in possession of your parcel.DMarket.pk has the right to cancel any order with in-time intimation to our valuable customer.
