DMarket.Pk believes in making online shopping a phenomenal experience centered around you, so you can enjoy complete satisfaction along with the impeccable level of service. That’s why we believe you have every right to have your product checked, and, if needed, replaced. Because at DMarket.Pk,

Though you won’t ever need it, our 7-days Replacement and Checking Warranty is a service we created in order to provide you with complete peace of mind. You have 7 days, that’s 168 hours, to check your product for any unlikely operational or internal issues. However, If the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, you should immediately notify us within 2 to 5 hours via email at [email protected] or via call at 0335-9019001 so that we can replace your product.

  • Please ensure all orders are made correctly including model, colors, specs, and variation. We will not take any responsibility for the wrong order. Change of mind is not allowed
  • Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for warranty repairs. Please allow up to “5” business days for our technician team to check out your returned items.
  • Product sent to us for any replacement, repair or any other purpose should be collected back within 2 months of arrival. After that we will be forced to destroy the product and consider the case closed. We levy no storage charges.

Important:

  1. Before opening your parcel make a clear video.
  2. Incase flyer is torn or seal is broken do not accept the order
  3. Make sure you do not receive and empty or broken seal parcel.

If you do not have video proof you will not be replace/refunded for lost or damaged items.

Spare Parts Replacement Policy

Please make sure you meet the following requirements before sending the goods back for replacement:

  • Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your handset. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your mobile phone.
  • The protective film and warranty seals on LCD & touchscreen should be intact, before taking off protective film & seals please check if the LCD or touchscreen is working.
  • The protective film or warranty seal should not have any reposition traces.
  • The part should not be physically damaged.
  • No any modifications or adjustments to the device or misuse of the item.
  • The warranty doesn’t cover careless usage of the item (ingress of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misuse of voltage and other external factors).

DMarket.Pk has a full one-week replacement policy for Used Mobile & Laptop so you can be sure that the product you have purchased online has no manufacturing fault or defects. If any issue is reported within a week via email at [email protected] or by calling at 0335-9019001 then your product shall be replaced right away.
All Physical faults are to be inspected at the time of purchase and they are the ones which can be visible but claims for scratches, dents shall not be entertained in our 7 Days return policy and only the issues that can not be spotted are to be covered. 
If you are getting your delivery from a Courier company *e.g. (LCS,TCS)* and they do not let you open the flyer then you can report about any such issues on the day you get the delivery via call or email.
Please note that items must be in an unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). If removed then the packing for the replacement phone shall be removed to adjust for the replaced phone.
